Road Closure Effective Immediately for Two Weeks – Cesar Chavez Ave. Due to DTE system upgrades, access to Cesar Chavez Avenue south of the Woodward Loop will be closed.Traffic on the northern portion of the Woodward Loop will be reduce down to one lane.
