SMART will now operate the small bus service within the City of Pontiac.

Service Hours:
Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., except for major holidays
Reservation Hours
Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., except for major holidays
Guidelines
- Medical trip reservations may be made up to six days in advance.
- General trip reservations, such as shopping, school or work may be made up to two days in advance.
- Travel is within a 10 mile radius of your pick-up location and must begin and end in communities participating in the SMART millage.
- Trips are scheduled based on a first come, first served basis.
- All reservations must be received by 4:00 p.m. one day before the service is needed.
- At the time of your reservation, you will be given a pick up window of 30 minutes for the bus to arrive. Please be ready for the bus at the beginning of your pick up window.
- To stay on schedule, drivers can only wait three minutes for you.
