Community Ventures is a cooperative effort between the Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC) and participating employers to help structurally unemployed individuals pursue career opportunities.
Community Ventures accomplishes this by:
 
  • Pre-screening Talent
  • Offering employers a $5,000 wage reimbursement grant per employee
  • Support for Employment Retention
