NEW COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENTS
On April 25, 2013, the Emergency Financial Manager and representatives of the Teamsters Local 214 signed a new collective bargaining agreement.
On July 18, 2012 the Emergency Financial Manager and representatives of AFSCME Local 2002 signed a new collective bargaining agreement
On August 30, 2012 the Emergency Financial Manager and representatives of Supervisory & Administrative Employees Association (SAEA) signed a new collective bargaining agreement
On September 13, 2011, the 50th District Court and the Michigan Association of Public Employees (MAPE) signed a new collective bargaining agreement
WASTE WATER RESTRUCTURING
The City has announced that they are working with Oakland County to restructure its wastewater treatment plant operations to provide long-term savings and an immediate cash benefit to its residents.
